Das frei werdende Zimmer ist etwa 15qm groß. Zur Wohnung gehört noch eine große Küche, ein Balkon, ein relativ großer Abstellraum (für die ganzen Schuhe) und eine Waschküche.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral gelegen im Stadtteil Neustadt. Die Bahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Mit der Bahn erreichst du die Innenstadt in 5. Minuten und den Hauptbahnhof in nur 10 Minuten. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Post und Rossmann erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten.
Super nette Ende Zwanzig jährige Mitbewohnerin, mit der man auch gern mal nen Bierchen trinken oder zusammen zum quatschen hinsetzten kann.
Die jetzige Mitbewohnerin ist jedoch nur bis Juli in dieser Wohnung. Danach zieht die eigentliche Mitbewohnerin ein. Diese ist auch eine sehr entspannte und super liebe Dame Mitte 20. Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben beide kennen zu lernen.
