Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und durch zwei Fenster sehr hell. Es wird möbliert untervermietet und hat alles, was man so braucht: Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regal. Direkt neben dem Zimmer ist die große, gemütliche Wohnküche mit Zugang zum Balkon. Auch eine Dachterrasse mit astreinem Blick über ganz Bremen steht zur Nutzung bereit.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Neustadt gelegen und durch den Leibnizplatz, der sich praktisch vor der Haustür befindet, optimal an den ÖPNV angebunden (Straßenbahnlinie 4 und 6 fahren ab dort). Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 10 min zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Weser ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.
Wir sind eine sehr lebendige WG, die gerne mal Freunde einlädt und Wert auf ein enstpanntes Miteinander legt. Außerdem haben wir eine WG-Kasse, aus der Essen und die nötigsten Haushaltsdinge bezaht werden.
