ich gebe ab 1. März mein Zimmer im Herzen der Neustadt an der
Friedrich-Ebert Straße 150 ab. Es geht um ein helles, geräumiges Zimmer an
der Straßenseite wo man für alles was man in einer WG braucht platz finden
kann. Wegen der Lage, kann es sein dass es manchmal ein bisschen laut
wird, dafür ist die Anbindung an den ÖPNV unschlagbar.

I’m giving away my room in the heart of Neustadt, right on Friedrich-Ebert Straße. it’s a bright, spacious room looking at the street with enough space for everything one would need in a shared flat. Because of it’s location, sometimes it might be noisy in there, but come on, it’s still Bremen.
Auch gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Penny liegt direkt unter
dem Gebäude, Spar, Rewe und Netto sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.
Außerdem gibt es zwei mal die Woche einen kleinen Markt.

Because the building is right at the Gastfeldtraße stop, there are many options for public transport right in front of the door. Also due to the location you have access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants almost instantly. Penny is directly under the building you’d be living, Spar, Rewe, Netto are only couple of minutes away.
Das Leben in der WG ist eher entspannt. Da wir kein Wohnzimmer haben, ist
die Küche der Hotspot der WG. Du würdest mit Leuten leben die total gern
kochen, wenn sie die Zeit haben. In der Küche wird zusammen gekocht,
getrunken, Schach oder Backgammon gespielt, wenn man darauf Lust hat. Es
gibt einen wöchentlichen Putzplan in 2er teams (also putzt man zwei mal
pro Monat die Gemeinschaftsräume) und eine WG-Kasse um die
gemeinschaftlichen Produkte zu besorgen. Im ganzen Haus gibt es sieben
WG's, dementsprechend gibt es immer wieder Feiern im Haus, spontane
Grillaktionen auf der Gemeinschaftsterasse und die Möglichkeit viele
Leute kennenzulernen.

The life at the flat is quite relaxed. Because we don’t have a living room, the kitchen is the hotspot in the flat. You will be living with people who love to cook by profession or hobby so expect your skills to be improved. There will be cooking sessions, chess and backgammon matches if one so fancies. There’s a weekly cleaning schedule in teams of two and a WG-kasse to cover the shared expenses. Also, one should expect communal barbecue sessions in summer on the shared deck since we’re more or less all young people living in the building who enjoy an occasional get together.
Obwohl wir keine Zweck-WG sind und uns ein gutes Zusammenleben wünschen,
sind wir auch keine Kuschel-WG die ständig aufeinander hockt. Leute in
unserer Altersgruppe und mit WG-Erfahrung sind klar bevorzugt
