Das Zimmer ist schön hell, hat gute 12 qm und ich würde es gern teilmöbliert abgeben (Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch und Regale). Vom Zimmer aus geht es direkt auf einen schönen langen Balkon, der zudem auch von der Küche abgeht. Hier kann man im Frühling und Herbst morgens bis mittags schön in der Sonne sitze. Vom Balkon gibt es jetzt endlich auch eine Treppe runter in den Garten/Innenhof. Wunderbar um mal zu grillen und abends ein am Feuer zu sitzen.
The room is nice and bright, is 12 square meters big and I would like to rent it partially furnished (bed, dresser, desk and shelves). From the room and the kitchen you can directly reach the nice long balcony. From the balcony there is a staircase leading down to the garden / courtyard. Wonderful to have a barbecue and in the evening to sit by the fire.
Direkt um die Ecke gibt es eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt. Viele kleine nette Cafés und Kneipen, Kultur, Park und den Werdersee. An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch einiges (Penny, Rewe, Edeka...). Straßenbahn und Bus sind in unter 5 min zu fuß zu erreichen. In der Innenstadt und im Viertel ist man mit Fahrrad oder Bahn in 10-15 Minuten.
Many small nice cafes and pubs, a park and the Werdersee are right around the corner. There are also a lot of shops (Penny, Rewe, Edeka ...). Tram and bus can be reached in less than 5 minutes. To the city center and the Viertel it takes 10-15 minutes by bike or tram.
Das WG-Leben ist wunderbar entspannt und ich ziehe nur schweren Herzens aus. Eine bunte Mischung, wenn es gerade passt wird zusammen gekocht, (viel) Kaffee getrunken oder spontan ein paar Bier getrunken. Im Sommer lange aufm Balkon gefrühstückt oder abends im Garten am Feuer gesessen. Wenn man mal seine ruhe haben will aber auch gar kein Problem. Amed wohnt seit gut einem Jahr hier, ist Student und arbeitet im Restaurant, Lennart ist Gebärdensprache Dolmetscher und Dmitry macht an der Uni Bremen seien Doktor in Neuroscience.
A colorful mixture, we cook together, drink a lot of coffee or spontaneously drink a few beers. In the summer there are long breakfast on the balcony or sitting in the garden by the fire in the evenings. Amed has lived here for over a year, is a student and works in a restaurant, Lennart is a sign language interpreter and Dmitry is doing his PhD in neuroscience at the University of Bremen.
Eine Sache noch...in der WG wird meist englisch geredet. Das heißt nicht dass du perfekt englisch sprechen musst, aber du solltest dich wohl dabei fühlen.

One more thing ... we usually speak english all together. That does not mean that your english needs to be perfect, but you should feel comfortable with it and above all, have no problem with it.
