Mein angebotenes Zimmer ist das zweitgrößte in der WG mit Blick auf den ruhigen Garten im Innenhof. Das Zimmer wird ohne Möbel übergeben!
Die Wohnung hat ein modernes Bad mit Regenwald-Duschkopf und eine High-End Küche mit allem drum und dran.
Kellerabteil und Dachboden sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar, ein netto ist sogar direkt um die Ecke.
Die nächste Haltestelle ist 5 (Bus) bzw. 10 Minuten (Tram Linie 6) zu Fuß entfernt.
Einer meiner Mitbewohner verlässt die WG mit mir, sodass ab sofort zwei Zimmer frei sind. Also super, wenn du mit einem Bekannten oder Freund/Freundin einziehen willst.
Es wohnen aktuell noch ein BIO-Student und ein 25 jähriger angestellt bei Airbus in der WG.
