Aufgrund der außerplanmäßigen Unterbrechung meiner Ausbildung in Bremen steht mein möbliertes Zimmer ab sofort und bis mindestens 31. August 2020 zur Untermiete zur Verfügung. Sowohl Ein- und Auszugsdatum als auch die Länge der Untermiete sind felxibel und sollen persönlich abgesprochen werden.
Zimmer und Wohnung sind möbliert. Die Möbel sollen während der Untermiete in der Wohnung bleiben und können selbstverständlich gerne (ohne Kosten) genutzt werden, solange sorgsam damit umgegangen wird. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern (2er WG), Kücher, Bad und großem Balkon.

Due to the unscheduled interruption of my traineeship in Bremen, my furnished room is available for subletting with immediate effect and until at least 31 August 2020. The date of moving in and out as well as the length of the subtenancy are flexible and should be arranged personally.
Room and apartment are furnished. The furniture should remain in the apartment during the subtenancy and can, of course, be used (at no cost) as long as it is handled with care. The apartment consists of two rooms (shared flat for 2 persons), kitchen, bathroom, and a large balcony.

Absolut ideale Lage in der Bremer Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Öffis sind in 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt und das Viertel sind fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 15 Min). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße, in welcher kaum Autos vorbeifahren.

Absolutely ideal location in the Neustadt district of Bremen. Shopping facilities and several public transport services are within 2-5 minutes walking distance. Also the city center and the "Viertel" are within walking distance (approx. 15 min). The apartment is located in a quiet one-way street, in which hardly any cars pass by.

Die Wohnung ist eine 2er WG. Die Ausbildung meines Mitbewohners ist auch pausiert; er vermietet sein Zimmer allerdings nicht unter. Aktuell steht noch nicht fest, ob er ab und zu in der Wohnung sein wird oder das Zimmer einfach leer bleibt. Es kann also auch sein, dass du die Wohnung für dich hast.

The apartment is a shared flat for two. My roommate's traineeship is also paused; however, he does not sublet his room. At the moment it's not clear if he will be in the flat from time to time or if the room will just stay empty. So it is also possible that you have the flat for yourself.
