wir sind eine Drei-Zimmer-Wohngemeinschaft in Bremen Neustadt. Da ein Zimmergenosse und ich nach Spanien zurückkehren müssen, stehen unsere Zimmer ab Mai zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der ansonsten sehr belebten Bremer Neustadt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen erdenklichen Küchenutensilien, ein Badezimmer und eine Waschmaschine. Selbstverständlich können alle Möbel während des gesamten Zeitraums genutzt werden.
Die angebotenen Zimmer sind etwa 14 Quadratmeter und 10 Quadratmeter, wird voll möbliert angeboten (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank ...). Sie brauchen sich also um nichts mehr zu kümmern. Beide Räume sind sehr hell.
Der kleine Raum wird durch den großen Raum betreten. Dennoch hat es nie Probleme gegeben.
Obwohl der anfängliche Aufenthalt bis August dauert, können Sie, wenn Sie es wünschen, so lange wie nötig bleiben.

we're a three-bedroom shared apartment in Bremen Neustadt. Since one roommate and I have to go back to Spain, our rooms are available from May. The apartment is situated in a quiet side street in the otherwise very busy Bremen Neustadt. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all imaginable kitchen utensils, a bathroom and a washing machine. Of course, all the furniture can be used during the whole period.
The rooms offered are about 14 square meters and 10 square meters, is offered fully furnished (bed, desk, closet ...). So you don't have to worry about anything anymore. Both rooms are very bright.
The small room is entered through the big room, but there have never been any problems.
Although the initial period of stay is until August, if you wish you can stay as long as necessary.
Alle notwendigen Geschäfte (Penny, Rewe, Edeka) und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Auch die Bus-/Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gastfeldstraße ist etwa 2 Gehminuten entfernt. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt oder am Werdersee zum Sonnenbaden.
All the necessary shops (Penny, Rewe, Edeka) and restaurants are very close to the apartment. Also the bus/tram stop Gastfeldstraße is about 2 minutes walk away. It takes less than 10 minutes by bike to get to the city centre or to the Werdersee to sunbathe.
Im dritten Raum lebt Angèles, ein französisches Mädchen, das Kunst studiert und sehr nett ist. Das Gebäude verfügt auch über einen Raum mit Fernseher, Sofas und allem, was man braucht, um Freunde und andere Mitglieder des Gebäudes zu treffen. Es herrscht eine sehr gute Atmosphäre, wir sind insgesamt 8 Personen, und wir treffen uns immer, um zu plaudern und Spaß zu haben.
In the third room lives Angèles, a French girl who studies art and is very nice. The building also has a room with a TV, couches and everything you might need to meet friends and other members of the building. There is a very good atmosphere, there are 8 of us in total and we always meet to chat and have fun.
