Moin! Wir sind zwei Flugschüler und würde gerne unsere Wohnung untervermieten solange unsere Ausbildung Coroana-bedingt unterbrochen ist. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1.9.2020 frei und wir möchten sie bis mindestens 31.12.2020 untervermieten. Eine längere Mietdauer (bis Februar/März z.B.) wäre auch möglich. Lasst dies einfach persönlich besprechen. Am liebsten wäre es uns ein Duo, welches beide Zimmer für den gleichen Zeitraum untermietet und sich dementsprechend auch freuen würde die Wohnung als 2er WG zu nutzen 😊. Alternativ wäre es für uns natürlich auch möglich wenn jemand die gesamte Wohnung für sich alleine mieten möchte. Der Mietpreis bezieht sich logischerweise auf ein Zimmer.
Zimmer und Wohnung sind möbliert. Die Möbel sollen während der Untermiete in der Wohnung bleiben und können selbstverständlich gerne genutzt werden, solange sorgsam damit umgegangen wird. In Zimmer 2 wird die Matratze mitgenommen, sodass ihr hier noch eine Matratze bräuchtet (140cm). In Zimmer 1 könnt ihr es euch aussuchen, ob ihr die Matratze nutzen wollt oder lieber eine eigene mitnehmt (auch 140cm). Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern (2er WG), Kücher, Bad und einem großem Balkon. Alternatively it would also be of course possible for us if someone wants to rent the whole apartment for himself. The rental price logically refers to one room.

Hi there! We are two Student Pilots and would like to sublet our flat while our traineeship is paused due to corona-virus. The flat is free from 1st September 2020 on and we want to sublet it at least until the 31st December 2020. However, a longer rental period would be possible (f.e. until February/March) as well. Let’s discuss this individually. We would prefer to have a duo, which rents both rooms for the same period of time and would be happy to use the apartment as a shared flat for 2 persons 😊.
Room and apartment are furnished. The furniture should remain in the apartment during the subtenancy and can, of course, be used as long as it is handled with care. In room 2 the mattress is taken along, so you would need another mattress here (140cm). In room 1 you can choose whether you want to use the mattress or take your own (also 140cm). The apartment consists of two rooms (shared flat for 2 persons), kitchen, bathroom, and a large balcony.
Absolut ideale Lage in der Bremer Neustadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Öffis sind in 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt und das Viertel sind fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 15 Min). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße, in welcher kaum Autos vorbeifahren.

Absolutely ideal location in the Neustadt district of Bremen. Shopping facilities and several public transport services are within 2-5 minutes walking distance. Also the city center and the "Viertel" are within walking distance (approx. 15 min). The apartment is located in a quiet one-way street, in which hardly any cars pass by.
Wie gesagt wäre uns ein Duo am liebsten. Dann könntet ihr das WG-Leben so gestalten wie ihr Lust habt.
