Es werden 2 Zimmer zum 01.10.2020 bzw 01.11.2020 frei, im Haus wohnen Menschen aus verschieden Ländern. Viele der Bewohner sind bei der Hochschule für Technik oder anderen Hochschulen in der Umgebung. Auch die Uni Bremen ist von hieraus gut erreichbar. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über 7 Steckdosen einen Internetanschluss und einen TV Anschluss.
Die Lage ist außerordentlich günstig für Bremer Studenten und Absolventen der Hochschule. Man kann auch zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Diverse Hochschulen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Busse und Bahnen sind in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Wir selber wohnen nicht in der WG, hören aber immer wieder das es den Bewohnern dort meißtens gefällt und Sie die Zentrale Lage genießen.
Einige Zimmer sind teilmöbliert.
