From 01.08.2020 to March 2022 I‘m looking for a tenant for my green planted 15m^2 room in an apartment shared with two other girls.
Das renovierte Altbauhaus in der ruhigen Gellertstraße liegt zu Fuß 5 min vom Werdersee entfernt, wo man im Sommer gut schwimmen gehen, joggen oder Inliner fahren kann. Zum Rewe, Penny, Bio Laden und dem Türkischen Markt braucht man jeweils zu Fuß nur 1-5 Minuten. Zur Hochschule braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 6 min und zur Universität 30 min. In die Innenstadt zum Dom fährt man lediglich 8 min mit dem Fahrrad.

The Location:
The Apartment is located in the quiet Gellertstrasse. It’s a 5-minute walk away from Werdersee, where you can go swimming, jogging or inline skating. Supermarkets are just a minute walk away. It takes 6 minutes to get to the City University of Applied Sciences by bike, 30 minutes to the University of Bremen, and 8 minutes to get to the city center by bike.
Die WG ist zweistöckig und 100m^2 groß. Meine zwei Mitbewohnerinnen wohnen in den Zimmern der obersten Etage. Mein Zimmer ist in der unteren Etage. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen Claudia (22, Chilenin) und Marie (19) studieren Biologie und Chemie an der Uni Bremen. Wir versuchen keine Zweck-WG zu sein und freuen uns, wenn wir Zeit finden, etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen- wenn es dir zusagt, bist du herzlich willkommen. Wir würden uns auch sehr über ein(e) Austauschstudent(in) freuen!

The Apartment:
The shared flat has two floors and is 100m ^ 2 in size. My two roommates live on the top floor. Your future room is on the lower floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, dishwasher, oven, microwave, rice cooker, etc. My roommates Claudia (22, from Chile) and Marie (19) are studying biology and chemistry at the University of Bremen. We try not to be a purpose flat share and we look forward to find the time to do something together - if you like it, you are very welcome. We would also be very happy to have an exchange student!
Zum Zimmer:
Die Pauschalmiete des Zimmers beträgt monatlich 420€. Darin sind alle Kosten enthalten, inkl. WLAN, Strom, Heizung, GEZ und andere Nebenkosten. Die Kaution beträgt 750€. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit großem Fenster und Laminatboden.
