The room faces the garden. The room comes unfurnished, but the furnitures can be bought off the current roommate (the price for these items is negotiable).
You do not have to stay the whole time (February 2022-January 2024) you just have to alert the landlord three months in advance that you will be moving out, and then you should get the deposit back.
There are two buses (26, 27) three minutes from the house, and line 4 (tram) is only five minutes away. There are also two stores (Lidl and Aldi) within walking distance, and the Weser river is a quick walk away. Also, the city center is a quick bike ride away. Very convenient.
There is no strict cleaning plan, we all chip in and clean the common areas as needed. However, if a "schedule" is needed, or maybe we feel it would make the cleaning easier we can make one. We have been cooking together usually, however, I understand this is not everyone's "cup of tea" so we can discuss this. If we want to great, but if not it is equally fine, I am pretty chill about this.
Deposit: 880 Euros, you will get this back once you move out.
I am moving out on February 4, 2022 in the morning. My current roommate is staying longer. He is from the Netherlands and speaks English. So English is naturally the strongest option for communicating with him.
Also, although it is "short term" you can stay longer if you like.
