The room is 14.4m² in size and quite cozy. The flatmate is a nice and quite friendly guy who works in Art industry. here has been no major between us. They both speak German, so if you prefer that, you can have nice conversation.
All costs are inclusive, it comes to around 375 euros per month, but it greatly depends on your usage. The kitchen comes furnished with most utensils, we usually share but insist that you keep it as clean as you met it. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and a basement for storing your bicycle.
The room comes with a few furnitures. If you like them, then a small price can be agreed upon. What is most important is that you have the means to pay for the rent at the latest, the 2nd of the month. Caution fee is 350 euros
Life is pretty much relaxed in the apartment without an overbearing flatmate. Just ensure that the common area is properly used and a cleaning routine is observed.
