Hello!
We have a place available in our lovely flat from September 15 (a little bit earlier may also be possible) until February 28, 2022. Alena (whose room it is) is away doing a semester abroad. She is studying at HS Bremen and is 24 years old. Her furniture (bed, desk, dresser, etc.) will stay in the room (13sqm), as well as maybe some plants.
If us roommates choose you for the intermediate rental, we will of course conclude a contract with you to secure both you and Alena. The rent must be paid every month.
The house is located in the Neustadt, not far from the Werdersee. In 2 minutes you are at the nearest bus or tram stop. It is very quiet here in Sedanstrasse and supermarkets as well as snack stalls are also just a few minutes away. The number 4 and number 6 (to the uni) trams are both nearby. The Hochschule is within walking distance.
In the apartment lives Teresa (24) from Portugal who is doing her masters in Marine Ecology and enjoys a good book. Hanna (24) from Canada is doing her masters in Ecology and loves hiking and sewing, and Ben (24) from the UK is also doing his masters in Ecology and enjoys photography. We like gardening, Teresa and Hanna have filled the balcony with plants. We also enjoy going for a beer by the Wedersee or going for a walk in the park.
Everyone is very relaxed and we like to cook together or have a chat together over dinner and a glass of wine. However, privacy is not neglected;)
Respectful handling and adherence to the cleaning plan is very important to us. So you shouldn't shy away from it!
We share a large bathroom with a balcony. Bathtub and washing machine are provided.

Skype calls might be best as the holidays approach and some of us are traveling, but we are also happy to provide an in person tour of the apartment.
