The room is near the living room and it faces the street. The room comes with some furniture (bed, chair, table, tv) these can be included (the price for these items is negotiable). There is also a balcony.
You do not have to stay the whole time (Janurary 20212-January 2024) you just have to alert the landlord three months in advance that you will be moving out, and then you should get the deposit back.
There are two buses (26, 27) three minutes from the house, and line 4 is only five minutes away. There are also two stores (Lidl and Aldi) within walking distance, and the Weser river is a quick walk away. Also, the city center is a quick bike ride away. Very convenient.
There is no strict cleaning plan, we all chip in and clean the common areas as needed. However, if a "schedule" is needed, or maybe we feel it would make the cleaning easier we can make one. We have been cooking together usually, however, I understand this is not everyone's "cup of tea" so we can discuss this. If we want to then great, but if not it is equally fine, I am pretty chill about this.
Deposit: 880 Euro, you will get this back once you move out.
One of the roommates is moving out on February 4, 2022. The other roommate is staying longer. He is from the Netherlands, is doing an internship and speaks fluent English. So English is naturally the strongest option for communicating with him.
