Großes Zimmer 21m² in neustädter 4er WG ab 15. Juli 2022 / Big room 21m² in Neustadt 4 people flat share from 15th of July 2022

The location of the flat is awesome and you’ll be living in the heart of Neustadt. Buses and trams leave from the doorstep if you want to go to the centre. You can also find everything you need within five minutes walking: Penny is downstairs, several other grocery stores, restaurants, Rossmann and other stores are close by. The location is definitely hard to beat!


Die Lage ist großartig direkt an einer Hauptstraße im Herz der Neustadt. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist unschlagbar, dafür kann es wegen der Lage sein, dass es manchmal ein bisschen laut wird. Auch gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Penny liegt direkt unter dem Gebäude, Spar, Rewe und Netto sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Außerdem gibt es zwei mal die Woche einen kleinen Markt.

The atmosphere in the flat is super chill. You’ll be living with two great guys and one great gal who love to socialize! Since we don't have a living room the kitchen is the center of the flat. The kitchen is the place to drink, play games or have a chat It’s great for someone who likes great dinners, discussions and having a good time. It’s almost always clean and there is a weekly cleaning schedule (right now we are cleaning in teams of two, so you'd clean once in two weeks). We also have a small communal cash box for the products everybody needs (eg. dish soap).
All seven flats in the house are shared so there’s lots of nice young people around. You can expect spontaneous party invitations, BBQ on the communal terrace and lots of people you can connect with.

Nathalie (27): Has lived in the flat since March. She is in the business management master's programme and also works remotely as a student trainee. Nathalie is a very active and outgoing person and likes to travel a lot. She also likes to instigate vino and beer evenings in the kitchen - no escaping that. If you're new to Bremen, Nathalie will be happy to take you anywhere!

Daniel (26): Is writing his master thesis in entrepreneurship & marketing - for at least one hour a day, that is the plan! He spends a lot of time improving the flat and loudly complaining about it, but it's all part of the process 😄
Otherwise he enjoys beerpong, or beer in general, is into sports like cycling or going to the gym and the usual socializing things (friends etc.)

David (33): Lives here for ages, nobody really knows...
He is kind of a sparetime-chef here and likes to cook for everyone, when asked nicely. He likes to talk about a wide range of topics or toppings ;)
Movies are one of his other passions as well as fitness and politics.

Applications without the word "Partizipationsprinzip" will be discarded to filter out people who did not read the text.

We are not living together purely to lower living expenses (Zweck-WG). We strive to create a good, family-like atmosphere. That is why we generally prefer people around our age and with some flat-sharing experience.

Das Leben in der WG ist eher entspannt. Da wir kein Wohnzimmer haben, ist die Küche der Hotspot der WG. Dort wird zusammen gekocht, getrunken, gefeiert oder Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt, wenn man darauf Lust hat. Es gibt einen wöchentlichen Putzplan in 2er Teams (also putzt man zwei mal pro Monat die Gemeinschaftsräume) und eine WG-Kasse um die gemeinschaftlichen Produkte zu besorgen. Im ganzen Haus gibt es sieben WG's, dementsprechend gibt es immer wieder Feiern im Haus, spontane Grillaktionen auf der Gemeinschaftsterasse und die Möglichkeit viele Leute kennenzulernen.

Nathalie (27): Lebt seit März in der Wohnung. Sie ist im Business-Management-Master und arbeitet außerdem Remote als Werkstudentin. Nathalie ist ein sehr aktiver und kontaktfreudiger Mensch und gerne viel unterwegs. Außerdem zettelt sie gerne Vino- und Bierabende in der Küche an - kein entkommen. Falls du neu in Bremen bist, nimmt Nathalie Dich gerne überall mit hin!

Daniel (26): Schreibt seine Masterarbeit in Gründungsmanagement - mindestens eine Stunde am Tag, so lautet der Plan! Er verbringt viel Zeit damit, die Wohnung zu verbessern und sich lautstark darüber zu beschweren, aber das ist alles Teil des Prozesses 😄
In seiner Freizeit sagt er nie nein zu einer Runde Bier-Pong, geht zum Sport, unternimmt etwas mit seinen Freund:innen und ist immer für ein Gespräch bei einem Kaffee in der Küche zu haben.

David(34): lebt seit Ewigkeiten hier niemand weiß es so genau...
Er ist ein leidenschaftlicher teilzeitkoch und teilt seine Künste auch gerne mit seinen Mitbewohnies. Mit David kann man über alles diskutieren was vllt. auch an seinem Studium des Politikmanagement liegen könnte. Außerdem geht er ins Gym hat ein Heimkino bei sich im Zimmer und schwing gerne mal die Hüften auf Partys.

Bewerbungen ohne das Wort "Partizipationsprinzip" werden aussortiert, um Leute die den Text nicht lesen rauszufiltern.

Obwohl wir keine Zweck-WG sind und uns ein gutes Zusammenleben wünschen, sind wir auch keine Kuschel-WG die ständig aufeinander hockt. Alles kann, nichts muss (außer Putzen 😉). Leute in unserer Altersgruppe und mit WG-Erfahrung sind klar bevorzugt.
