Das Zimmer: In unserer WG wird ein 19m2 großes Zimmer, mit hoher Altbaudecke, großen Fenstern und Parkettboden frei. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert sein, es besteht die Möglichkeit ein Ikea Bett (Modell BRIMNES, 140*200) für 70€ zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist schön und groß. Zwei Etagen (Hochparterre und Souterrain), eine tolle Küche, dein Schlafzimmer und Balkon mit direktem Sonnenlicht von 07:00 bis 16:00 Uhr (im Sommer), dazu ein schönes Badezimmer und ein Ankleidezimmer (was von allen genutzt werden kann).
The room: In our shared apartment, a 19m2 room with a high ceiling, large windows and parquet floor will become available in august. The room will be unfurnished, it is possible to buy an Ikea bed (model BRIMNES, 140*200) for 70€ from the previous person who lived there.
The apartment: The apartment is nice and big. Two floors (mezzanine and basement), a great kitchen, your bedroom and a balcony with direct sunlight from 07:00 to 16:00 (in summer), plus a nice bathroom and dressing room (which can be used by everyone).
Standort: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neustadt, eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 100 Meter entfernt, der Supermarkt nur 150 Meter, Kaffees, Bars & Restaurants an jeder Ecke und der See ist nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch die Hochschule Bremen ist ganz in der Nähe, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, zur Uni gibt es eine durchgehende Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn Linie 6.
Location: The flat is located in the Neustadt, a bus stop just 100 meters away, the supermarket just 150 meters away, coffees, bars & restaurants on every corner and the lake just 6 minutes away by foot. The Hochschule Bremen is also really close, 5 minutes by bike and you can go to the University directly by taking the Tram 6.
Mit wem wohnst du Zusammen?
Tabea (28): In ihrer Freizeit kocht Tabea gerne, liebt techno, erkundet gerne Bars, geht ins Fitnessstudio und bringt den richtigen Wein mit bei Abenden auf der Terrasse.
Raimundo (29): Raimundo ist beruflich viel unterwegs, weshalb sein Zimmer ab und zu untervermietet ist (aktuell wohnt in seinem Zimmer Rene, der viele gute Geschichten erzählt und gerne kocht). Wenn Raimundo in Bremen ist geht er Skaten, trifft sich mit Freunden und beschäftigt sich mit Fotografie, Literatur und vielem mehr.
Who are your roommates?
Tabea (28): In her free time, Tabea enjoys cooking, loves techno and exploring bars/restaurants and likes going to the gym. She always brings the right wine for evenings on the patio.
Raimundo (29): Raimundo travels a lot for work, which is why his room is occasionally sublet (Rene currently lives in his room, who tells lots of good stories and likes to cook). When Raimundo is in Bremen he goes skating, meets up with friends and spends time on his interests photography and literature.
