I’m subleasing my beautiful room in the cool Neustadt as I’m going for an Erasmus exchange. The room has everything you need: bed, tv, closet, desk, chair, extra table, shelfs, etc.
It has a balcony with a small kitchen with stove and fridge. You’ll also have plates, glasses, cups, pots, cutlery for your use. In the balcony you can smoke, just being cautious that the smell stays outside the room and the house.
The bathroom was recently renovated so is working perfectly with hot/cold water. Both the bathroom and the room have heat.
In the lower floor you’ll have a washing machine and a refrigerator. Also cleaning tools as a vacum cleaner, brooms, etc. Here you also have a space were you can keep your bike.
The house is located in Neustadt, very close to supermarkets as Rewe, Rossmann, Edeka and Penny. It is also located near to cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars, clubs, banks, etc.
The place is very well connected as the bus stop is only 1 min walking distance. The tram line 1 (Pappelstraße) and line 6 (Gastfeldstraße) are 5 min walking.
The Hochschule Bremen is also very close, 10 mins walking, give or take.
You’ll live with a very friendly and kind girl from Tunisia. She is a doctor and speaks German, English and Arabic. She recently move in, so it would be a great opportunity for both of you to connect. You’ll share with her only the bathroom.
The landlady lives downstairs. She is from Germany but also speaks English and Spanish. She is very kind, helpful and sweet. She is willing to help you. You’ll have to wash dishes at her kitchen and also you could use her oven for delicious recipes.
As this is a short time period rent (17 sep 2022- 01 feb 2023 - dates may vary a few) there’s no possibility of Anmeldung (registration at the city). Rent must be paid month in advance.
The owner of the house prefers a woman who speaks Spanish. However, non Spanish speaking girls will be taken into account :)
You just have to be a very honest, clean and friendly person who is willing to take care this space as much as I have done it in the last year.
