Hallo liebe WG-Suchende! (English below)
Ich (Janne) gehe für 6 Monate (01.09.22 - 28.02.23) ins Ausland und suche für diese Zeit eine Person, die Lust hat mein Zimmer zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines altbremer Hauses und wurde vor ca. 7 Jahren komplett neu ausgebaut. Da die Wohnung direkt unterm Dach liegt, verfügt sie in fast jedem Zimmer über Dachbalken, die der Wohnung ihren ganz besonderen Charme verleihen.
Vom Bad und von der Küche (wir haben sogar eine Spülmaschine :D) aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über die Dächer Bremens und kann sogar bis zum Dom schauen.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und verfügt über eine Dachschräge mit zwei Dachschrägenfenstern, was besonders an verregneten Tagen sehr gemütlich ist und generell immer viel Licht in das Zimmer lässt.
Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermietet (siehe Fotos), das heißt um Möbel musst du dich nicht kümmern und wenn du ein Fahrrad brauchst, könntest du auch das von mir gerne übernehmen.
Hello dear WG-seekers! (English below)
I (Janne) am going abroad for 6 months (01.09.22 - 28.02.23) and am looking for a person who would like to rent my room for that period. The apartment is in an old house, but was completely renovated about 7 years ago. Since the apartment is directly under the roof, it has beams in almost every room, which give the apartment its very special charm.
From the bathroom and from the kitchen (we even have a dishwasher :D) you have a wonderful view over the city. Your future room is about 15 sqm and has a pitched roof with three windows, which is very cozy especially on rainy days and generally always lets a lot of light into the room.
The room is rented fully furnished (see photos), which means you do not have to worry about furniture and if you need a bike, you could take mine for that time.
Die WG befindet sich im schönen Flüsseviertel der Neustadt. Supermärkte, wie REWE oder Penny, einen Bio-Supermarkt, Apotheken, Ärzte und sehr, sehr viele Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke.
Die Haltestellen der Busse und Straßenbahnen sind in 4-7 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Linien 26 und 27 fahren direkt in der angrenzenden Einkaufsstraße. Die 6, die direkt zur Uni durchfährt, erreichst du in ca. 7 Gehminuten und die 1 und die 8 erreichst du in etwa 5 Minuten.
In die Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad und der Bahn und die Uni erreichst du in ca 30 Minuten mit der Bahn. Der Hauptbahnhof ist auch nur 15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Flughafen gelangst du in etwa der gleichen Zeit.
Die Hochschule erreichst du sogar in nur 5 Minuten!
The apartment is located in the beautiful Neustadt. Supermarkets, such as REWE or Penny, an organic supermarket, pharmacies, doctors and very, very many bakeries are just around the corner. The bus and tram stops are within 4-7 minutes walking distance. The tram number 6, which goes directly to the university, can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot and the 1 and the 8 can be reached in about 5 minutes. The city center is about 10 minutes away by bike or tram, and the university is about 30 minutes away by tram/bike. The main train station is also only 10 minutes away by tram/bike/bus. And you can reach the Hochschule in about 10 minutes by foot.
Zurzeit wohnen hier Janne (23, in deren Zimmer du einziehen würdest), Nadine (22) die Psychologie studiert, Sheila (23), die als Barista arbeitet und Eske (20), die jetzt zum 01.08. einzieht und dann an der Hochschule anfängt Medieninformatik zu studieren.
Wir suchen eine neue Person, die Lust hat auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben. Wir wohnen alle noch nicht lange zusammen, deswegen finden wir und als WG gerade neu ein.
Uns ist es wichtig keine Zweck-WG zu sein und wir freuen uns auf ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis und gute Kommunikation. Generell haben wir Lust den Alltag ein bisschen zu teilen und zwischendurch gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen (kochen, quatschen, irgendwelche Spiele spielen, trashige Serien gucken, gemeinsames home office, in den Werdersee hüpfen etc. (was immer sich so ergibt)) und wir freuen uns auf jeden Fall, wenn du da auch Lust zu hast!
Wir haben einen Putzplan, teilen Essen und legen Wert auf eine saubere und ordentliche Wohnung.
The people that currently live here are Janne (23, who is going abroad), Nadine (22) who studies psychology, Sheila (23) who works as a barista and Eske (20), who is moving in on the 01.08. and then starts to study media informatics at the Hochschule. We have not been living together for a long time, so we are just finding our way as roomies. But in general it is important for us to have a friendly relationship and good communication. In general, we want to share our everyday life a bit and do stuff together, such as cooking, chatting, playing games, going for a swim, etc. (whatever arises) and we would be happy if you would like to join us!
We have a cleaning schedule (which works very well) and share our food.
