Durch die Geräumigkeit und das Parkett des Zimmers hat man wenig Grenzen im einrichten. Im Sommer ist es kühl und am Abend ist golden hour nicht nur ne Stunde 😂.
Dadurch dass zwischen beiden WG-Zimmern die Stube und die Küche liegen kann man auch mal gut Musik hören🙌.
Das Zimmer wird bevor die jetzige Mieterin auszieht noch einmal gründlich gestrichen:)
In direkter Nähe hat man die Haltestelle Hochschule Bremen, Theater am Leibnizplatz (man muss nur einen kleinen schönen Abstecher durch den Park machen) und die Delmestraße.
Die Wohnung ist dazu direkt am Eingang des Hochschulparks!
