Villa Kunterbunt sucht Mitbewohner*in (nur Flinta*) zur Untermiete

Hallo liebe WG-Zimmer- Suchende in Bremen! :)

Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohner*in für unserer schöne Haus WG. Da ich ab dem 1.03.23 für ein Semester ins Ausland gehen, würde ich mein Zimmer vom 1.03-1.08.23 untervermieten (eventuell ist es auch schon ab dem 15.02.23 frei und es besteht auch die Chance, dass du danach in dem Zimmer bleiben könntest oder ein anderes Zimmer in der WG frei wird). Wir haben uns entschlossen, dass wir nur Flinta* suchen. Da nicht alle bei uns muttersprachlich deutsch sprechen, kommunizieren wir meistens auf Englisch, wenn wir alle zusammen sind. Es wäre cool, wenn du damit kein Problem hättest.

Zum 01.03 wird in unserer Haus-WG ein ca. 9qm großes Zimmer frei. Dein Zimmer geht zum Garten raus mit schönem Blick auf unseren Birnbaum. Außerdem ist in dem Zimmer eine Hochebene eingebaut, wodurch du deutlich mehr Platz hast! Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.

Wir leben hier auf 4 Etagen in unserem phänomenalen Altbremer WG-Haus, welches sich im Herzen des Buntentor befindet , 5 min vom Werdersee entfernt. Hier kannst du (am besten zusammen mit uns) im Sommer nach Herzenslust Grillen, Baden und das Leben genießen.

Auch von der Innenstadt ist unser Haus nicht weit entfernt: Mit der Bahnlinie 4, die in 3 min Fußweg zu erreichen ist, bist du in 5-6 Minuten an der Domsheide und in 10-12 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.

Die Hochschule ist innerhalb von ca. 5 min und die Uni innerhalb von 30 min mit Rad/Straßenbahn erreichbar.

WG-LEBEN:

"Offiziell" gibt es in unserem Haus zwei WGs: Im Souterrain und Hochparterre wohnen Karim,Jacky,Chiara, und Jakob
(1. und 2. Stock) leben Greta, Frauke, Du und noch eine weitere Flinta* (da wir gerade 2 Castings parallel haben). Insgesamt sind wir ein kreativer, bunter Haufen. Wir alle studieren oder studierten bis vor kurzen unterschiedliche Sachen, was uns aber nicht davon abhält viele schöne gemeinsame Momente zu teilen. Egal ob Party im Wohnzimmer, sich zusammen über das Patriachat beklagen oder gemeinsam backen- alles ist möglich.
Obwohl wir 8 Leute sind, gibt es genug Platz für jeden/jede, damit wir uns nicht in die Quere kommen. Eine Waschmaschine und zwei Geschirrspüler erleichtern uns außerdem das tägliche WG-Leben. Neben den 2 Badezimmern und 2 Küchen gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten, einen Garten (mit einem großen Birnbaum) und eine Veranda, wo man gemeinsam das eine oder andere Bier (oder Tee) trinken kann.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und verbringen gern Zeit miteinander im/am Haus. Wir Feiern gerne die eine oder andere WG-Motto-Party. Es gibt dennoch auch genug Raum und Zeit für Rückzugsmomente.

Hello dear WG room seekers in Bremen!:)

We are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful house WG. Since I'm going abroad for a semester I would sublet my room from 1.03-1.08.23 (possibly it is also free around 15.02.23 and there is also a chance that you could stay in the room afterwards or in another room in the WG). We have decided that we are only looking for Flinta*. Since not all of us are native German speakers, we mostly communicate in English when we are all together. It would be cool if you don't have a problem with that.

On 01.03 a room of about 9 sqm will become available in our house-sharing community. Your room is facing the garden with a nice view to our pear tree. In addition, there is a loft bed built into the room, which gives you much more space! The room will be rented furnished.


We live here on 4 floors in our phenomenal Altbremer WG house, which is located in the heart of the Buntentor , 5 min from the Werdersee. In the Summer you can (best together with us) enjoy barbecue, swimming and life to the fullest.

Our house is also not far from the city center: With the train line 4, which is a 3 min walk away, you can reach the Domsheide in 5-6 minutes and the main station in 10-12 minutes.

The university can be reached within about 5 min and the university within 30 min by bike/tram.

WG-LIFE:

"Officially" there are two WGs in our house: Karim, Jacky, Chiara and Jakob will live in the basement. Upstairs (1st and 2nd floor) live Greta, Frauke and you and another Flinta* (we are currently looking for). All in all we are a creative mix of people. We all study different things, but that doesn't stop us from sharing many nice moments together. Whether it's partying in the living room, complaining together about the patriarchy, or baking together- anything goes.
We mostly speak English in the daily life, because two of our roommates prefer to speak English, since German is not their native language.
Although there are 8 of us, there is enough space for everyone so we don't get in each other's way. A washing machine and two dishwashers also make our daily WG life easier. Besides the 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, there is a large living room with a winter garden, a garden (with a big pear tree) and a veranda where we can have a beer (or tea) together. In corona times we have also come to love the veranda as a corona-friendly meeting place.

We are not a purpose shared apartment and enjoy spending time together in/around the house. We threw the one or other WG-motto party here.
