Das Zimmer befindet sich in der zweiten Etage. Auf dieser Etage findest du auch zwei Bäder (ein großes mit Dusche und ein kleineres), sowie das Zimmer von Mohar (deinem evtl. zukünftigen Mitbewohner).
Das Zimmer werde ich dir komplett unmöbiliert übergeben. Wenn du allerdings Interesse an dem Hochbett haben solltest, dann lässt sich gerne darüber sprechen :)
Außerdem hat das Zimmer ein Fenster zur Gartenseite, weshalb es immer sehr schön ruhig ist :)
Unten befinden sich die Zimmer von Lion, Pheline und Anna, sowie die Küche und oben, auf der dritten Etage, gibt es noch einen Raum, den wir vor kurzem als Gemeinschaftsraum eingerichtet haben, um hier zusammen Zeit zu verbringen.

The room is located on the second floor. On this floor you will also find two bathrooms (one large with a shower and one smaller), as well as Mohar's room (your possible future flatmate).
The room also has a window facing the garden, so it's always very quiet :)
Downstairs are Lion's, Phelines and Anna's rooms, as well as the kitchen, and upstairs, on the third floor, there is another room that we recently set up as a common room to spend time together.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neustadt und ist direkt an der Haltestelle Neuenlander Straße gelegen. Das ist super praktisch, denn du kannst theoretisch aus dem Fenster schauen, wann die Bahn kommt und auch in der letzten Sekunde noch einsteigen.
Außerdem ist der Penny nur 5min Gehweg entfernt und auch zum Rewe oder zum Marktkauf bist du nicht länger als 10 bis 15min zu Fuß unterwegs. Die Hochschule Bremen erreichst du innerhalb von 5min mit der 1, die alle 10min direkt vor der Haustür abfährt und auch mit dem Fahrrad ist sie super nah dran. Auch einige Bars sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

The flat is located in Neustadt and is right next to the Neuenlander Straße bus stop. This is super convenient, because you can theoretically look out of the window when the train is coming and get on it even at the last second.
In addition, Penny is only a 5-minute walk away, and it's no more than a 10-15-minute walk to Rewe or Marktkauf. You can reach the Bremen University of Applied Sciences within 5 minutes by taking the 1 train, which leaves every 10 minutes right outside the front door, and it's also super close by bike. There are also a few bars within walking distance.
Du würdest gemeinsam mit Anna, Lion, Pheline und Mohar leben.
Insgesamt ist das WG Leben hier sehr entspannt. Du findest immer wen zum reden, kochen, spazieren gehen, kannst aber genauso gut auch Zeit für dich verbringen. Auch wenn du mal Lust hast raus zu gehen findet sich meistens immer irgendwer. Den Gemeinschaftsraum nutzen wir gerne, um mal Dart oder auch andere Spiele zu spielen oder auch um einfach mal gemeinsam zu reden oder zu essen :)

You would live with Anna, Lion, Aennie and Mohar.
Anna is 21 years old and only moved in a few days ago. She shares a love of the gym with Lion, 25. Aennie, 2, is studying dance and theatre in social studies and loves to be creative. Mohar has also just moved in and is studying for a Master's degree at the Hfk Bremen. Overall, life here is very relaxed. You can always find someone to talk to, cook with, go for a walk, but you can also spend time on your own. Even if you feel like going out, you can always find someone. We like to use the common room to play darts or other games, or just to talk or eat together :)
Das Hochbett würde ich bei Interesse gerne im Zimmer lassen. Falls du gerne etwas früher einziehen möchtest können wir auch gerne darüber sprechen! :)
