We have a room for rent at Friedrich-Ebert Straße 150. The room is 16 m^2, there is enough space for furniture and personal expression. The large window lets a lot of light into the room. The window is also very new and you can hardly hear anything from the street. The room is available for 388 € with everything included! Furthermore, we have a nice balcony where you can even have breakfast together. If there are more people, there is a large communal roof terrace one floor below. Life in the flat-sharing community mostly takes place in the kitchen, which is centrally located in the flat. The fact that the toilet is separate from the bathroom is another plus. A 50€ charge is part of the super flat-sharing equipment, including a new washing machine, a new dishwasher and a modern kitchen. You have the possibility to take over the wardrobe, the sofa and the wall shelves, but of course you don't have to. We prefer males as new flat-sharing members, as the 50/50 dynamic has proven to be the best mix so far :)
The location is great, right in the heart of Bremen Neustadt. The public transport connections are unbeatable, but because of the location it can sometimes be a bit noisy. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities: Penny is directly below the building, EDEKA, Rewe and Netto are only a few minutes away. There is also a small market twice a week.
'm Daniel and I'm leaving the WG with a heavy heart because I'm moving in with my girlfriend. The flat-sharing life is great! Since we don't have a living room, the kitchen is the hotspot of the flat-sharing community. That's where we cook, drink, party and play board games together if we feel like it. There is a weekly cleaning schedule in teams of 2 (so you clean the common rooms twice a month) and a communal cash register to buy the communal products (salt, oil, toilet paper, etc.). There are seven flat-shares in the whole house, so there are parties in the house from time to time, spontaneous barbecues on the communal terrace and the opportunity to get to know lots of people.
Lea (25): Lea has been living in the WG since August 2022. She is a pharmacist about to take her state exams and therefore always has good tips about the medicine cabinet. She likes to read and always motivates the flat-sharers to take part in yoga sessions. Lea is up for any kind of fun and sometimes likes to turn night into day with you.
Lea (26): Yes, we have two Lea's :D If you don't find Lea at university or at work, you'll find her either in the kitchen, where she likes to chat loudly with others, or in her room, where she's either playing Zelda or redecorating the room. Lea is an open and sociable person, but she also appreciates having some quiet time. It is important to her that her flatmates feel like doing something together and not just living past each other. That's not really her thing. She says she'll see you at the casting! ✌️
David (35): has lived here for ages - no one knows for sure...
He is a passionate part-time cook and likes to share his skills with his flatmates. You can discuss anything with David, which could also be due to his studies in political management. He also goes to the gym, has a home cinema in his room and likes to swing his hips at parties.
Applications without the word "participation principle" will be sorted out to filter out people who don't read the text.
Although we are not a purpose-built flat-sharing community and want to live well together, we are also not a cuddly flat-sharing community that squats on each other all the time. Everything can, nothing must (except cleaning 😉). People in our age group and with flat-sharing experience are clearly preferred.
If you are interested, just write us some information about yourself!
The landlord wants to approve new flatmates and requests a copy of your ID and a copy of your last pay check.
P.S.It's important for me to point out that things like racism, sexism, and the like are not acceptable.
