Da ich zum 1.1.2014 mein Wg-Zimmer verlasse wird ein netter neuer Nachmieter gesucht. Das Zimmer ist 12 m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster! Es passt alles gut rein und das Zimmer ist frisch weiß gestrichen ...
Außerdem gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem riesen Fernseher und einer schönen Küche zur Mitbenutzung :)
Das Badezimmer ist auf jeden fall groß genug und hat eine Badewanne in der man aber auch super duschen kann!
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch verfügbar!
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Oberneuland. Bus und Bahn sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen und man kann innerhalb von c.a 20 Minuten in der Stadt am hbf und in der Uni sein !
Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig und man kann gut parken!
Außerdem kann ein großer Garten mitbenutzt werden.
Ich hinterlasse meinen Mitbewohner Dennis. Er ist 25 Jahre und macht ein duales Studium und ist ein ganz netter!
