Bei uns wird zum 01.03. (nach Absprache früher oder später möglich) ein schönes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss zur Zwischenmiete für eine FLINTA*-Person frei. (möbliert, nur an Nichtraucher:innen, Internationals welcome)

Dein Zimmer:
Ich, Anna-Lena (25), vermiete das Zimmer vollständig möbliert fürs Sommersemester unter. Das Zimmer ist 17m2 groß und liegt über der restlichen Wohnung. Es ist sehr gemütlich, mit Blick auf den ruhigen Innenhof und großen Schrägen und Holzboden.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung liegt im oberen Stockwerk eines Altbremer Hauses, sie ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Wir haben ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer, jede Menge Schrägen und ein paar Balken.
Küche mit Esstisch, Spülmaschine, Espressomühle und Gefrierschrank.
Bad mit Fenster, Badewanne und Waschmaschine.

Die Lage:
Die Lage ist eigentlich nicht zu toppen: 3min zu Fuß zum Osterdeich (darin schon inklusive: 2min auf Grün an der Ampel warten), 3min zur Sielwallkreuzung, 6min zu REWE, Bäckerei nebenan, 8min zum HBF mit der Straßenbahn, 25min mit dem Rad zur Uni, 9min zur Hochschule.

Wohnen würdest du mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin Inari (30): "Ich finde ein gemeinschaftliches, geselliges Zusammenwohnen schön und z.B. mal zusammen zu kochen. Ich studiere Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention und interessiere mich für Politik, Intersektionalität, Kunst, Wissenschaft und Astronomie. Ich mag ansonsten gerne kochen, fotografieren, Doppelkopf, Improtheater, Serien gucken und malen.

Im Zusammenleben sind mir ein respektvoller Umgang und offene Kommunikation wichtig. Außerdem gibt es einen Putzplan."

Hier ist kein Platz für Rassismus, Sexismus, Antisemitismus und jegliche Form von Menschenfeindlichkeit ebensowenig für Coronaleugner:innen.

Your room:
I, Anna-Lena (25), am subletting my room for the summer semester. It is fully furnished. The room is 17m2 and is located above the rest of the flat and is very cozy, with a view of the quiet courtyard and large slopes and wooden floor.

About the flat:
The flat is on the top floor of an old Bremen house, it is quiet despite its central location. We have a shared living room, lots of slopes and beams.
Kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, espresso grinder and freezer.
Bathroom with window, bathtub and washing machine.

The location:
The location couldn’t be better: 3min walk to Osterdeich (which includes waiting 2min for green at the traffic lights), 3min to the Sielwall crossing, 6min to REWE, bakery next door, 8min to Central Station by tram, 25min by bike to university, 9min to Hochschule.

You would live with my lovely flatmate Inari (30). About herself: "You would live with me, Inari (30). I think it's nice to live together socially and to cook together, for example. I'm studying health promotion and prevention and am interested in politics, intersectionality, art, science and astronomy. I also like cooking, photography, Doppelkopf, improv theatre, watching series and painting.

Respectful behaviour and open communication are important to me when living together. There is also a cleaning plan."

There is no room here for racism, sexism, anti-Semitism and any form of misanthropy, nor for corona deniers.
