Frei werden zwei zusammen gehörende Zimmer. Das eine ist klein, fein und fungiert als Schlafzimmer. Ausreichend Platz für ein 1,80 x 2,00 m-Bett plus Nachttisch & Kommode. Mit einer Tür verbunden zum Wohnzimmer (ca. 15 m²). Hier hat eine Couch, Schreibtisch, zwei Sideboards namens Billy Platz gefunden. Das Wohnzimmer geht zur Straße raus. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert und für die Lage dadurch trotzdem recht ruhig.
Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind top. Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür und innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man an der Domsheide bzw. eine Minute am Sielwall.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut gelegen. Penny 1 min. Fußweg, Netto 5 min.,... und wer keine Lust zum Kochen hat, hat eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Cafes und diverse "Fressbuden" zur Auswahl. Hegartys, Lila Eule, Wohnzimmer, Litfass,... alles nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Wir zwei (weiblich, 26, berufstätig & 28, Studentin) sind viel und gerne unterwegs, doch genau so gerne auch mal reine Couchpotatoes. Weder Zweck-WG noch Familienersatz! ;)
