Its about 11qm and very quiet.
The room is unfurnished but theres the possibility to get a matress and other stuff if in need.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Viertel 1 minute zur Halltestelle Wulwesstraße und zum Sielwall.
Rewe, Penny, Kneipen, Läden und die Weser sind innerhalb von 5 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is located in the center of the Viertel.
There are supermarkets, Bars, Shops and the River 5 minutes by foot.
Die Wg ist gerade im Umbruch, momentan wohnen hier ebenfalls noch andere Zwischenmieter und neue Mitbewohner, die sich ihr Wg leben neu gestalten.
Insgesamt ist alles sehr entspannt, manchmal ist viel los manchmal wenig wie das halt so ist.
