Mitten im Viertel wird ein schönes, helles Zimmer in unserer geräumigen Wohnung frei. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, du müsstest dir das Bad also nur mit einer Person teilen. Die WG ist voll eingerichtet, hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine schöne Küche und einen netten Balkon. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 15.9. bzw. 1.10 frei. Insgesamt kostet das Zimmer knapp 350 Euro. Lage ist top (Viertel, Weser, Tram 1,2,3,4,10 allet easy zu Fuß) und trotzdem ist das Zimmer ruhig (hinten raus).
Janna (28) und Markus (30) suchen eine/n nette/n, unkomplizierte/n, erwachsene/n Mitbewohner/in. Janna arbeitet im erneuerbaren Energiesektor und macht nebenbei ein wenig Musik. Markus promoviert in Psychologie/Soziologie und interessiert sich für Kultur und Politik. Du würdest neben Janna wohnen und solltest vielleicht einen einigermaßen ähnlichen Rhythmus.

We have a very nice room to offer. The flat is very central in Viertel (the bustling quarter of Bremen), has a huge living room and kitchen as well as a balcony, is fully equipped and quiet. The location is optimal, bars, the river and 5 tram lines are very close, but still the room is quite, as it is on the backside of the building.
The room is available from 15.9 or 1.10 and costs all in all 350 Euro.
Janna (28) and Markus (30) look for a nice, uncomplicated and mature roommate. Janna is working with renewable energies and makes some music. Markus is doing is PhD in psychology/sociology and likes culture and politics.
