Viertel: Gemütliche 2er WG sucht neue(n) Mitbewohner(in)

Wir sind eine nette zweier WG und suchen eine(n) neue Mitbewohner(in) zum 01.02.

In der WG wohne ich, Martin, 29 Jahre alt und studiere an der Uni Bremen im Master Wirtschaftspsychologie und werde Bremen Richtung Afrika verlassen. Danach gehts nach Berlin. Nun sucht Rio aus Indien (30), der grade fertig studiert ist und nun weiß wie man Roboter baut, eine(n) neue Mitbewohner(in).

Anstatt großer WG-Partys war unser WG Leben eher von entspannten sit-ins geprägt. An einem typischen Abend in der Woche kochen wir gerne, trinken Wein, lesen oder gucken in die Röhre und stöbern nach guten Filmen und Dokus. Rio spielt gern Age of Empires 😊 Insgesamt; Er ist ein ruhiger und friedlicher Mitbewohner. Dabei ist das Zusammenleben immer rücksichtsvoll und sehr entspannt, auch wenn wir nicht alle Hobbys miteinander teilen (das wäre ja auch zu viel 😊). Natürlich teilen wir die Verantwortung für die Reinigung und Organisation der Wohnung.

Wir bieten euch ein gemütliches 14 qm Zimmer (hinten raus) an. Neben dem Zimmer, in dem ein schöner Teppich verlegt ist, verfügt die Wohnung über einen gemütlichen Balkon, eine Küche, ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung liegt in der Brokstraße nahe dem Sielwall. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Sielwall ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt und die Weser und Osterdeich sind nur 4 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt. Während das Stadtzentrum nur 2 Haltestellen mit der Straßenbahn ist. Also, die Wohnung ist ziemlich zentral gelegen. Wer sich auskennt der weiß die ruhige zentrale Lage zu schätzen.

We are a nice two-person shared apartment and are looking for a new roommate (male/female) from 01.02.2018 .

The apartment is shared between two person; I am Martin, 29 years old and I am studying at the University of Bremen in the Master of Business Psychology and will leave Bremen for South-Africa. After that I will live in Berlin. Now Rio from India (30), who has just finished studying and knows how to build robots, is looking for a new roommate (male/female).

Instead of large shared apartments, our WG life was more of a relaxed sit-ins. On a typical evening of the week we like to cook, drink wine, read or watch the tube and browse for good movies and documentaries. Rio likes to play Age of Empires 😊 and discuss about current affairs and we believe in knowledge sharing. Overall; he is quite and peaceful neighbor. The coexistence is always considerate and very relaxed, even if we do not share all hobbies together (that would be too much 😊). Of course we share the responsibility of cleaning and organizing the apartment.

We offer you a cozy 14 square meter room (away from the road at the back). In addition to the room, a beautiful carpet is laid, the apartment has a small cozy balcony, a kitchen, a nice large living room and a small bathroom with shower. The apartment is located at Brokstraße near Sielwall. The tram stop Sielwall is just 3mins walking from the apartment and the river Weser and Osterdeich is located just 4mins from the apartment. While the city center is just 2 stops with the tram. So, the apartment is quite centrally located. Anyone who knows who knows the quiet central location will appreciate the neighborhood.
