I would like to rent my room from now on until the end of September 2018.
The room is well cut and gets lots of sun. Your view from the window directs the intersection of Sielwall: perfect spot for observing people!
You can use my furnitures: a bed on the floor, a “Hochbett”, my empty clothes-closet, working desk etc. I wish that you take care of my books ;)
There are enough bed sheets and towels if you need them.
The flat is directly on the intersection of Sielwall. The Deich is only 5 minutes far away. With 10 you are in 7 minutes at the Hauptbahnhof. For shopping you can not find any other better place to live!
Your temporary flatmate is interested in music and art for example photography. She is a great chat partner! As one of her best mate and flat mate I ensure you that you will spend great time with her. Due to her summer job she works hard on these days, on some days she needs to sleep during the day. Maybe you would consider pay some attention to that but her sleep is quite deep :)
The room is available from now on until the end of September. The monthly rent is in total 330 Euro. If you need a roof upon your head for 2, 1,5 or 1 months just write us about you and the date of your moving in, we will contact you for an interview and tell our decision immediately!
