Our great roommate is moving out soon and that is why we, Sipan and Viktorija (38 and 29), are looking for a new roommate in the heart of Viertel for 6 months with high possibility to extend:
The window faces the backyard, which is why the room is pleasantly quiet despite the location in the Viertel. The price is around 240 + 110NK € per month - all-inclusive.
The apartment is a typical Bremen apartment on the corner of Sielwall (Ostertorsteinweg) with high ceilings (4.5 m) and wooden floorboards.
We also have a large kitchen, living room and a large bathroom with a bathtub.
We are looking for a like-minded, relaxed and friendly person, 27 years and up. Furthermore, we do not want an anti-social flat or a crazy party flat, but are looking for someone who is looking for a relaxed, sociable and lively atmosphere.
