Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende,
ab sofort/ Mitte Februar/ März 2022 (eventuell auch April, wenn du bereit bist, innerhalb des Hauses umzuziehen) ist mein schönes, kleines Zimmer für 242,55 € monatlich zur Zwischenmiete frei. Es ist 9 qm groß hat einen schönen Holzfußboden und ein Flügelfenster in unseren Vorgarten. Am liebsten würde ich die Möbel auch für den Zeitraum drin lassen (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange, Bücherregale). Wenn das nicht passen sollte, gibt es außerhalb des Zimmers auch noch Wohn- und Stauraum und eine Lösung würde sich finden.

from the nowon/ mid of February/March 2022 (also April, if you are willing to move inbetween 2 rooms of the house) is my beautiful, small room for 242,55 € monthly for interim rent free. It is 9 sqm, has a nice wooden floor and a big window into our front garden. I would prefer to leave the furniture (bed, desk, clothes rail, bookshelves) in the room for the period. If that doesn't fit, there is also living and storage space outside the room and we would find a solution.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mitten im Viertel und das blühende Leben ist direkt um die Ecke, von Kneipen zu Supermärkten über Straßenbahn.
The house is located in a quiet side street in the middle of a quarter, named „Viertel“ and the thriving life is just around the corner, from pubs to supermarkets to trams.
Im Haus leben insgesamt 10 Menschen (Le.Lu.Am.Mi.Le.Ri.Er.Fa.Ei), von 23-36 Jahren. Zusammen bewohnen wir ein ganzes Altbauhaus mit 3 Bädern, Flur mit Kleiderzimmer und einer großen gemütlichen Wohnküche. Ungefähr genauso groß wie das Treppenhaus ist unser wunderschöner Garten inklusive Feuerschale und diverser Sitzmöglichkeiten z.B. eine Hollywoodschaukel. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Keller und einen Dachboden.
Alle wünschen sich ein unkompliziertes Miteinanderwohnen, bei dem sich jede*r wohlfühlt und gerne gemeinsam gekocht, gegessen, getrunken wird. Wenn du auch für den kurzen Zeitraum daran Interesse hast, wäre das schön.
In the house live 10 people (Le.Lu.Am.Mi.Le.Ri.Er.Fa.Ei.) together, from 23-36 years. Together we occupy a whole old house with 3 bathrooms, hallway with dressing room and a large cozy kitchen-living room. About the same size as the staircase is our beautiful garden including a fire bowl and various seating options e.g. a Hollywood swing. There is also a cellar and an attic. Everyone would like to live together in an uncomplicated way, where everyone feels comfortable and enjoys cooking, eating and drinking together. If you are interested in that way of sharing your living space with others even for a short period of time, that would be nice.
Dinge, wie Kaffee, Klopapier und Zwiebeln teilen sich alle. Es gibt auch eine Gruppe, die alles andere auch gemeinsam einkauft. Dort kannst Du Dich gerne dazugesellen. Im Zusammenleben wünschen sich alle einen offenen und wertschätzenden Umgang miteinander.
Ich freue mich echt sehr, wenn das Zimmer für die 2-3 Monate genutzt wird und ich die Miete wieder reinbekomme..
Bei Interesse schreib mir gern eine Mail (an ) und dann schauen wir, dass wir einen Coronoa-konformen Treffensmodus finden, ich würd dich nämlich ganz gern auch kennenlernen.

Things like coffee, toilet paper and onions are shared by everyone. There is also a group that buys everything else together. You are welcome to join them. Everyone wants to live together in an open and respectful way.
I am really happy if the room is used for 2-3 months and I get the rent back.
