In unserer WG am Dobben wird zum 01.07 ein sehr schönes und helles Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer liegt im hinteren Teil der Wohnung, ist 21 qm groß, zeigt in Richtung Südosten und bietet mit seinen 4 Fenstern einen Rundumblick auf das trubelige Straßengeschehen. Tagsüber ist es hier sehr sonnig und abends sehr gemütlich.
Falls du dir noch mehr Fotos vom Zimmer oder dem Rest der Wohnung wünschst, senden wir dir gerne welche!
Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Bremer Viertel. Der Hauptbahnhof oder der Osterdeich sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad locker in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Bis zur nächsten guten Kneipe, Bäckerei oder zu Supermärkten sind es nur ein paar Meter. Straßenbahnhaltestelle gibts direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im ersten Stock, also muss sich auch niemand totschleppen. Die Küche bietet genug Platz für viele Leute, wenn da mal gemeinsam gefrühstückt werden will – daran angeschlossen ist ein kleiner Balkon. Dazu gibt es noch weitere Gemeinschaftsräume und gestapelt aufm Klo müssen wir - dank dreifacher Bäder - auch nicht sitzen!
Wir wohnen hier zurzeit zu fünft, sind zwischen 22 bis 26 Jahre alt und studieren: Politikwissenschaften + Kulturwissenschaften und Inklusive Pädagogik + Germanistik, arbeiten: in der Autismustherapie, machen eine Ausbildung: zur Schneiderin am Theater und ein FSJ: im Lidice Haus. Unsere Interessen reichen von Tanzen in jeglicher Form, Näh- und Malprojekten, sowie der Auseinandersetzung mit gesellschaftlichen Themen und Literatur bis hin zu politischen Projekten. Wir führen gerade ein sehr entspanntes Zusammenleben und kochen gerne füreinander, weshalb unsere Küche zu einem sehr teilungsfreundlichen und gemeinschaftlichen Ort geworden ist. An die Küche ist auch ein kleiner Balkon angeschnitten auf dem wir uns zum quatschen oder zum rauchen treffen.
Wir mögen die Wohnung sehr gerne, deshalb versuchen wir alle Aufgaben, die wir für die Wg übernehmen regelmäßig auf dem Schirm zu haben, wie beispielsweise den Putzplan.
Nicht nur schlechte, sondern gar keine Karten haben Impfgegnerschaft, bestimmte Formen von Esoterik und sonstige dauerhafte Vernunftabstinenz – die Liste muss hier ja nicht in Gänze stehen. Was aber auch heißt: auf alle anderen und ihre Nachrichten freuen wir uns sehr!
A large, beautiful room with the feeling of a wintergarden with 4 windows and Sun all day (when you are lucky with the weather in Bremen) will be available from the 1st of July in our shared flat !
The house is ideally located in Bremen - hard to believe: in „Viertel“, everything from the main station to the Weser can be easily reached in a few minutes by foot or by bike. Great pubs, bakeries or supermarkets are only a few meters away. There is a tram stop right in front of the door. The huge apartment itself is on the first floor, so nobody has to drag themselves to death. The kitchen offers enough space for a few people if we want to have breakfast together - a small balcony is attached to it. In addition there is even more gigantic common space and we don’t have to sit stacked on the toilet - thanks to three bathrooms.
The available room faces south-east, offers a lot of space (22 qm) and a beautiful view of the bustling street life.
You would live together with five people, who are 22 to 26 years old who go to work, study, do an apprenticeship or a volunteer year.
We look forward to shared food and shared time, taking care of each other and our home.
Experience in shared flats would be a +, but otherwise it is important that you are responsible and got the cleaning schedule on your mind...
There’s no room for vaccine opponents, some kinds of esoteric or other permanent sanity rejections- you get the point :D But that also means: We're looking forward to everyone else and their messages!
