Hallihallo :)
ich würde mein Zimmer gern vom 1. März bis zum 1. August zwischenvermieten. Der Zeitraum kann aber auch etwas kürzer oder länger sein, fragt einfach an.
Wir sind gesellige 6er-WG im Alter zwischen 25 und 34 Jahren. Zusammen wird gekocht (wir essen gerne Sommerrollen), gelacht, im Vorgarten abgehangen. Sonntags (vor allem im Winter) kuscheln wir uns auch ab und an aufs Sofa für einen Tartort (wir sind natürlich offen für alternative Programmvorschläge!). Unsere größte geteilte Begeisterung gilt unserer Katze "Rüdi" - eine Katzenhaarallergie hätte bei uns also fatale Folgen :D
Unserer Haus liegt im Viertel, in einer super ruhigen und wunderschönen kleinen Straße, 2 min zur Weser, 5 min zum Sielwall, 5 min zum Supermarkt, 15 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof… also super Lage!
Das Zimmer hat zwei schöne Fenster und ist sehr hell. Es ist komplett möbliert und ansonsten bietet unser schönes WG-Haus sehr viel Platz mit Vorgarten, Terrasse, großer Wohnküche, drei Bäder, Sauna (die momentan jedoch nicht funktioniert, aber die Ambitionen sind da sie wieder ans laufen zu bringen), Hinterhof, ...

i want to rent my room from the 1st of March to the 1th August. But I am also flexible, so if you want to stay shorter or longer just ask!
The room has about 20qm. You would share the house with my 5 really nice flat mates. Together we cook (we like to eat sommerrolls), laugh or hang out in the front yard. On Sundays we tend to chill on the sofa to watch Tatort (but we are very open for alternative suggestions!). We share a deep exitement for our cat "Rüdi - so a cat hair allergy would have fatal consequences :D
Our district is called “Viertel” and our street is very calm and beautiful. It’s just 2 min walking to the river Weser, 5 min to Sielwall with many nice bars, cafes and shops, 5 min to the next supermarket, 15 min to the main station. So it’s very good located!
The room has two windows, so it’s quite bright. And it’s completely furnished. The whole house offers a lot of space with a little garden, terace, living room, three bathrooms, sauna (which is not working right now, but we want to repair it), back yard, ...
