Hallo ich suche ab sofort eine nette und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin in Ottersberg.
Ein paar Daten zum Zimmer :)
13qm plus Wandschrank 4qm. Hell. Ein Fenster. Parkett. Weiß gestrichene Wände. Nach einem Jahr erneut renoviert. 260 Euro warm (190 Euro Kaltmiete). Für 20 Euro gibt es die Garage dazu. Für 5 Euro mehr den Parkplatz vor der Garage. Strom und Telefon/Internet sind extra.
Gute, zentrale Lage. 5 Minuten zum REWE, 3 zum Bäcker, 1 zu zwei Schlachtern und zum Künsterfachgeschäft. 5 Minuten zum Frisör und zum Busbahnhof. Soweit zu Fuß. Mit dem Rad 5 Minuten zur Fachhochschule, 10 zum Bahnhof Ottersberg (Han). Hauptstraße.
Mitbenutzung vom Garten hinterm Haus, vom großen Flur (15qm), großes Badezimmer (11qm) und moderne, geräumige Küche (9qm). Die Garage habe ich nicht ausgemessen. Sie ist aber erstaunlich groß und hoch. Mindestens so groß wie das Vermietzimmer. Ich schätze auch 15qm.

Haustiere im Prinzip möglich. Kinder nicht.
