Von der Wohnung aus ist die Straßenbahnlinie 3 etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt, die 2 und 10 etwa 6 Minuten. Du gehst max. 10 Minuten zur Weser, denn die WG befindet sich auf Höhe des Weserstadions. Super ist auch die Nähe zum Viertel, gleich an der Ecke ist ein Bäcker und Rewe ist auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
