Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Bad zur Nutzung. Alle Möbel, die auf dem Bild zu sehen sind, bis auf ein paar Katzenspielzeuge, sind in der Miete enthalten. Es ist ein ruhiges Zimmer mit schalldichten Fenstern und Tür. Vorhänge machen es an langen Sommertagen dunkel. Auf der Galerie können Sie zusätzliche Sachen unterbringen. Im Sommer ist es möglich, die Türen des Wohnzimmers zu öffnen, um es in einen Balkon umzuwandeln. Alle Räume sind gut belüftet und verfügen über ausreichend natürliches Licht.

The room is available only for 3 months in a well-furnished 2 bedroom, hall and fully furnished kitchen and bathroom, apartment on the upper ground floor. There is a wasing machine in the bathroom for use. All the furniture seen in the picture except for a few cat toys will include in the rent. It is a quiet room with noise-proof windows and door. Curtains make it dark during long summer days. You can put additional stuff in the gallery. In summers it is possible to open the doors of the living room to convert it to a balcony. All rooms are well-ventilated and with sufficient natural light.
The house is 2 mins walk from St. Jürgen Straße Tram stop that connects you to lines 2, 3 and 10. In the opposite direction there is the possibility to catch bus 22 directly to the Uni. It takes 35 mins to reach the University or 15 mins to reach Domsheide or HBF by tram. For shopping there is Netto (3 mins) and Rewe (open untill 23:30) and Rossmann in 5 mins by walk. Lidl is 2 stops away by tram. As the house is at the edge of Viertel there is also close access to the market with Apotheke, Bakery, Flower shops to say the least. There is also 1 Asian (4min) and 1 Afghani (4min) grocery shop. Even on Sundays you can buy grocery at 2 shops near the tram stop. Bremen's best restaurants and cafes are at just 1-10 mins walk. If you google St. Jürgen Straße tram stop you can get an accurate idea of the locality. You can also reach the riverside of Weser in 2 mins on foot.
The second bedroom is occupied by another female. She is an ambitious robotics engineer working near the University so will be studying or working most of working days. She likes to keeps things clean and clean-up after using the kitchen and bathroom. Very calm and friendly.
A group call can be initiated to get to know the flatmate in the later steps. She will also move in only from July.
Update - The living room now has a big table that can accommodate 6-8 people for dinner. It also has curtains now for privacy. It is not possible to extend the contract after September.
A visit is possible and preferred, or a video-call can also be arranged.
