Frei ist ein schönes großes helles Zimmer. Die WG befindet sich in Peterswerder im oberen Teil eines Altbremer Hauses. Davon sind die Gemeinschaftsräume im 1. OG, die Schlafzimmer sowie das Bad im 2. OG und das Gästezimmer mit angrenzender Dachterrasse im 3. OG. Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 16 qm und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Hohe Decken, Dielenfußboden und sehr ruhig, unmöbliert oder möbliert bzw teilmobliert. Je nach Bedarf.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Gästezimmer, Bad) sind jedoch voll ausgestattet.

Two rooms will be available, and you can The shared apartment is located in Peterswerder, in the upper part of an old Bremen house. The common areas are on the first floor, the bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor, and the guest room with an adjacent rooftop terrace is on the third floor. The room is approximately 16 square meters in size and facing south. The room has high ceilings, wooden flooring, and is very quiet.
The room for rent is unfurnished but if you need a desk, a bed and something to hang your clothes on, we'll provide. However, the common areas (living room, kitchen, guest room, bathroom) are fully equipped.
Die Weser und das belebte Viertel sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnlinien 10, 2 und 3 sowie die Busse 22 und 25 halten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The Weser River and the lively neighborhood are within walking distance. The tram lines 10, 2, and 3 and the buses 22 and 25 stop nearby.
Wenn du musikalisch, künstlerisch, kulinarisch begabt oder auch nur interessiert bist, könnten diese sechs Monate auf jeden Fall eine Bereicherung für dich darstellen. Andernfalls natürlich auch.
Paul ist 30, macht zur Zeit eine Ausbildung zum Erzieher und ist Vater von zwei Kindern, die alle 14 Tage am Wochenende bei ihm sind.
