The apartment is on the second floor of the building. We have it divided into two rooms, a shared kitchen and bathroom...the total surface is around 50qm.

The bigger room is the one available, with ca. 18qm. This room has three windows facing a big garden, so a lot of light comes in during the day. The room is offered unfurnished.

The apartment is located in a super quiet and secure neighborhood. The nearest tram stop is H-H-Meier-Allee, line 6 (4 minutes walking). At a 8-minute-walk distance you also have lines 1 and 4, Kirchbachstraße. The apartment is in the middle of two Rewe supermarkets and the Edeka is also nearby. The Bürgerpark is also really close! An ideal place to enjoy your daily walk.

Your roomie's name is Carlos, he's a Mexican engineer with a job on aviation, he's on the last semester of his master's degree. Currently writing the thesis, so he's pretty focused but also likes grabbing a beer every once in a while. He's looking forward to share the apartment with a calm and tidy person, who respects personal space.

The building maintenance (gardening service, cleaning of stairs, taking trashcans out) is included in the Kaltmiete, which currently amounts 500 euros in total: 300 for the big room (available) and 200 for the small one (Carlos' room).

The interested person should also be able to sign new contracts with the Nebenkosten providers or bring their own (strom, gas, water, internet). Currently the calculation of all these services for two persons is 270 euros (135 per person).

The kitchen was not included in the apartment, so I bought it from the previous tenants and I'm selling it for 200 euros, so the interested person should also consider that cost when moving in (it includes the refrigerator).
