in meiner Zweier - WG wird zum 01.03.2024 ein Zimmer frei. Die Altbauwohnung liegt in der Heinrich-Hertz-Str. von wo man in zwei Minuten die Buslinien 21 und 24 erreicht. Die Straßbahnlinie 1 und 4 ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Getränkemarkt, Apotheke usw.) und Fitnessstudio sind im direkten Umfeld.
Das Zimmer selber ist etwa 10m^2 groß und hat ein großzügiges und gemütliches Hochbett, welches im Zimmer bleiben würde. Die dekorative Holzwand würde ebenfalls dort verbleiben.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung 65m*2 groß, dir würden dann 33m*2 zur Nutzung zu Verfügung stehen. Die sonstigen Zimmer sind bereits möbiliert und ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung kannst du mitbenutzen, aber einer Umgestaltung steht nichts im Wege. In den 466 € ist alles drin (Miete, Nebenkosten, Strom, GEZ, Internet). Bei Einzug musst du daneben noch 525 € Kaution zahlen. Und jetzt nochmal kurz zu mir.

A room will be available in my two-bed flat share on 01.03.2024. The old building flat is located in Heinrich-Hertz-Str. from where you can reach the bus lines 21 and 24 in two minutes. Tram lines 1 and 4 are also within walking distance.
Shopping facilities (Lidl, beverage market, pharmacy, etc.) and a fitness centre are in the immediate vicinity.
The room itself is about 10m^2 in size and has a spacious and cosy bunk bed, which would remain in the room. The decorative wooden wall would also remain there.
Otherwise, the flat is 65m*2 in size, so you would have 33m*2 at your disposal. The other rooms are already furnished and equipped. You can share the furnishings, but nothing stands in the way of a remodelling. The €466 includes everything (rent, utilities, electricity, GEZ, internet). When you move in, you also have to pay a deposit of €525. And now a brief introduction to me.
