Hallo,
ich ziehe zum 15.5.2010 (bzw. ab sofort) aus und suche eine nette Nachmieterin für meine beiden Mitbewohner (Christine,23, Grundschullehramt und Christian, 27, BWL). Wir wohnen in einem sanierten Altbremerhaus im schönen Schwachhausen. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, hell und auf Wunsch möbliert (Ikea, weiße neutrale Möbel). Ein Balkon geht vom Gästezimmer ab und ist somit für alle zugänglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie die Straßenbahn Nr. 4 und 5. Zum Bahnhof fährt man 10 Minuten und zur Uni mit dem Rad sind es auch nur 10 Minuten. Der Bürgerpark ist auch nah und die Wohngegend ist einfach toll. :-)
Telefon und Internet Flat ist auf Wunsch für 15/Monat zu haben.
