Wir wohnen in einer komfortablen Altbauwohnung (ca. 120 qm) in einem Altbremer Haus mit Südwest-Balkon in Bremen-Schwachhausen (Nähe St.-Joseph-Stift; Straßenbahnen mit Direktverbindung u. a. Richtung Hauptbahnhof, Innenstadt, Flughafen und Uni sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar). Das Zimmer hat eine hohe Decke und ist ca. 23 qm groß. Die Kaltmiete beträgt € 295, Nebenkosten an den Vermieter € 76. Zusätzlich wg-intern € 80 für Putzfrau, Strom, DSL-W-LAN/Festnetz-Telefon. Gesamtkosten also € 451 monatlich.
