Das Zimmer (17m²) ist groß und schön, besitzt zwei große Fenster und einen Teppich.
Darüber hinaus ist das Zimmer komplett möbliert. Die Möbel bestehen aus einem großem Bett, einem großem Schreibtisch, einer Kommode, einem Kleiderschrank (mit großem Spiegel), ein Rollcontainer und einem großem Schrank.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 60qm. Das Bad ist etwas kleiner, allerdings mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist schön groß und prima geeignet zum Kochen.

The room (17m²) is large and lovely. It contains two large windows and a carpet. The room is completely furniture, with a huge bed, a desk, a wardrobe with a mirror, a cupboard etc.
The size of the flat is 61m², with three rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The bathroom contains a bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen has enough space to cook comfortably.
Nur 4 min entfernt fahren die Buslinien 24 zum Bremer Hauptbahnhof und mit der Linie 21 zur Uni. Jede Strecke dauert etwa 12-15 Minuten. Dadurch ist jederzeit einfaches Reisen möglich.
Da Lidl nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt ist, bietet die Umgebung auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - v.a. für Studenten ;). Etwas weiter entfernt gibt es darüber hinaus ein REWE.
Die nähere Umgebung besteht aus Einfamilienhäusern und ist gut zum Joggen geeignet. Die Straße gegenüber haben wir einen Park in dem man im Sommer joggen oder einfach das Wetter genießen, kann.

Close to the flat, just 4 mins walking, you can reach the bus 24 to the Bremen Central and the bus 21 to the University. Each location takes only 12-15 mins to reach.
We have a few supermarket (e.g. Lidl) near by to buy good groceries for a cheap price.
Near by is also a small lake, with a small park to go jogging or enjoy the summer days.
Das Zimmer wird nur zur Untermiete für ein Jahr vermietet, da unsere bisherige Mitbewohnerin ein Auslandsjahr macht und danach wieder hier einzieht.
Wir, Luka und ich, sind beide Master Studenten in Bremen und wohnen schon seit 3 Jahren zusammen. Wir unternehmen schon öfter was zusammen (z.B. trinken, feiern, Filme schauen etc.) oder gehen zum Sport. Des weiteren sind wir beide immer sehr hilfsbereit und offen.
Wir würden uns sehr über eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in freuen.

The room is only available for the time from February till 31.01.2015, due to the reason, that our flatmate is going to study abroad and she is moving back her in February 2015.
We, Luka and me, are both Master students at the University of Bremen and we've been living together for almost 3 years. We spend a lot of time together (e.g. drinking, partying, watching movies etc.) or go to sports. Additionally we are openminded and very helpful.
We are really looking forward for a nice and friendly flatmate.
