We are looking for someone to move in to our 5-person flat in Swachhausen, because I am leaving Bremen after my internship. In the flat live Bene, from Germany, Sessa from Brazil, Jose from Colombia and Gonzalo, from Spain/Argentina, so we are really multicultural community.
Our flat is in nice part of the city, only 5 minutes by walk from the trams(St. Joseph Stift, numbers 1 and 4)., and also only 10 minutes by walk to tram nr. 6, that goes directly to the University. Its close to Bürgerpark, Viertel, Main train station, everywhere.
The flat has a terrace at the roof top, that is really the best place to be in the summer, we are having a barbecue together almost every second day.
The room is furnished, there table, chair, coat hangers, shelves and high mattress and bedding..
The deposit is 390 Euro, but you will get it back from the person that will move in after you.
