Hola, soy un futuro estudiante de la Uni Bremen que desde hace 4 años trabaja en Bremen. Una habitacion esta libre en casa y me gustaria alquilarla a un estudiante o alguien que trabaje. La casa está a solo 10 min de la Universidad y pegada al Bŕger Park.Puedes alquilar la habitacion por unos meses o por el tiempo que duren tus estudios.
Hi I am a student at Uni Bremen who for 4 years live and work in bremen. I decided to start studying Math and Spanish. My home is just 10 min from Uni bremen and round the corner the Burger Park. You can rent it for a few months or just until you finish your studies.
Hallo mein mitbewohner zieht aus und ich möchte gerne sein Zimmer vermieten.Zu der Wohnung kann ich noch sagen, dein Zimmer hat zwar nur 12 qm, aber wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, was du natürlich auch für alles mitbenutzen darfst. Die Küche ist auch gut mit allen Sachen die man so braucht , ausgestattet.
Cerca del depto tenemos 2 supermercados, rewe y edeka, asi como panaderias, sparkasse y heladerias y fotocopiadoras. Al centro puedes llegar en 7 min con el Tram o en 12 min en bicicleta.
We are close to Rewe and Edeka and also different BAkeries as well as Sparkasse and Ice-shops. It takes 7 min to reach the Center with tram or 12 min if you preffer cycling
Wir haben ein REWE sowie ein Edeka rund der Ecke. Auch für Sportbegeistert, man kann den Burger Park in 3 min. erreichen. Uni Bremen ist nur 4 Haltstelle von uns entfernt oder einfach 10 min mit dem Fahrrad.
ich arbeite in schichtdienst deswegen ich hoffe ein ruhiger mitbewohner-in mit wem natürlich ein bierchen oder einen wein zusammen trinken und über die Welt, philosophie oder reisen quatschen. natürlich sind Freunden willkommen aber nur wenn wir nicht so laut sind. meine freunden kommen auch zu besuch aber nicht für party. Ich beginne mein Lehramtsstudium im Oktober.
It is free from begining August until Oktober and again from begining December until March. In case you want to stay all the time I can arrange with a friend for October and November.
Puedes entrar el 1 de Agosto o a mediados de mes o en septiembre.... de octubre a noviembre esta pensado que un amigo se aloje, por lo cual no lo ofreyco a esos meses, pero si deseas quedarte por mucho tiempo podemos arreglar que mi amigo en esos meses vaya a otro lugar.
