Du kannst ihn also flexibel gestalten . Die Wohnung ist komplett saniert, sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Das Wohnzimmer, hat einen kleinen Ofen und die Küche ist mehr eine Wohnküche ( siehe Bild )
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Lage ist direkt in Schwachhausen (Donandtstraße). Sämtlicher Einkaufsbedarf ist fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Bio-Reformhaus. In der Nebenstraße befindet sich ein Kiosk und ein Bäcker.
