Das Zimmer ist 18m² groß und hat ein Fenster. Es ist direkt neben der Küche und gegenüber vom Bad. Es ist hell und hat einen Laminatboden.
The room is 18m² and has a window. It´s next to the kitchen and opposite the bathroom. It´s bright and has a laminate floor.
Die Wohnung ist in Schwachhausen, zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad, der Bürgerpark ist direkt in der Nähe und auch zum Unisee ist es nicht weit. Die Uni ist in ungefähr 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt um die Ecke fährt die Straßenbahn 4 und 1, die Straße runter fährt die 6. Supermärkte sind nicht direkt vor der Tür, aber mit dem Rad schnell erreichbar.
The flat is in Schwachhausen. The central station is 10 minutes by tram or bike, Bürgerpark and it´s lake are close. University is 20 minutes from here. Round the corner is the tram station, line 1,4 and in the end of the street is the station for line 6.
Die WG wechselt nun einmal komplett. Bis Mitte Februar sind noch Eva und Conrad hier und ziehen dann auch aus, ihr Zimmer wird also auch frei. In der WG wohnen bleiben ich, Lina, und mein kleiner Hund Amadeus. Ich studiere Lehramt an der Uni Bremen, lasse mir dabei aber gut Zeit für andere Dinge wie Musik, Spaziergänge mit Amadeus und Kneipenausflüge oder Konzerte. Amadeus ist ruhig und lustig und kommt bisher mit allen Leuten, die er kennengelernt hat, gut klar.
Wir würden uns über ein nettes Zusammenwohnen freuen, in dem spontane Treffen in der großen Küche oder Im Eingangswohnzimmer stattfinden und wir locker miteinander umgehen können. Über kreative Ideen zur Wohnungsgestaltung freue ich mich, sodass es hier bestimmt echt gemütlich werden kann.
The is a complete change of people. In mid-February Eva and Conrad move out and their room will be free, too. In the flat stay: Me, Lina and my little dog Amadeus. I´m studying to become a teacher, but take lots of time for other things like music, walks with Amadeus or going out to bars or concerts. Amadeus is calm and funny and gets along well with people.
We´d be happy about living together easily, meeting spontanously in the big kitchen or living-room and I´m happy about new ideas to make this flat a comfortable place.
Falls Interesse besteht, schreibt mir einfach eine Mail und ich melde mich dann zurück. Ab nächster Woche können wir dann Treffen abmachen.
