The flat is fully equipped. We share kitchen dishes and appliances (coffee machine,toaster, kettle) washing machine, and dishwasher.
The flat is located in the first floor.
Located approximately:
- 10 min by tram to the main train station( Hbf)
- 2 min walk to the nearest tram stop (line 4 and 1)
- 15 min by tram to the University of Bremen
- 5 min by tram or bike to the nearest shops ( Edeka, Rewe, Netto, Bakerie )
- 15 min walk to the Virtel (loads of bars and restaurants)
- 5 min walk to Bürgerpark (for sports etc.. jogging)
Very central location, quiet neighbourhood, available outdoor bike parking space, and storage space (keller)
The WG- life is very relaxed. We like cooking together, watching movies, occasionally having friends over, having a beer and going out.
We are environmental scientists. Both of us are international and we speak Spanish, German and English.
We are looking for a flatmate who is a nice considerate person that can be clean and tidy, please doesn't play loud music.
