ich biete ein hübsches quadratisch kompaktes möbliertes Zimmer mit Dielenboden in einem Bremer Altbau mit netten Nachbarn zur Zwischenmiete an. Je nachdem, was benötigt wird, habe ich noch einen Schreibtisch und einen gemütlichen Sessel, den ich dir anbieten kann in das Zimmer zu stellen.
Ich wohne derzeit alleine in der schönen Wohnung und freue mich wieder über Gesellschaft! Das Zimmer steht ab sofort zur Verfügung. Den Mietzeitraum können wir flexibel besprechen. Solltest du eigene Möbelstücke haben, die du lagern möchtest, ist auf dem Dachboden auch dafür Platz.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit tollem überdachten Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne, auf dem es sich bei gutem Wetter schon jetzt gelegentlich im T-shirt aushalten lässt. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet, auf dem Balkon geht's.
Das Zimmer ist für eine Person - mir ist es wichtig, dass du alleine einziehst. :)

I am currently looking for a female flatmate to share my beautiful apartment with. The offered room comes furnished - if needed I have a desk, a nice and comfy arm chair for you as well and if you need bedding I'll have this sorted out for you too. The room is available from now on. The end date is flexible as a few things are changing in my life atm. So I am happy to have chat with you about the length of your stay.
If you have got some stuff you might want to store there is space at the attic - so no need to put everything in your room. :)
Apart from your room there is a spacious kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and living room with a beautiful balcony to share with me. The balcony comes with the best view into the garden. If you are a smoker this is your place to have ciggy as smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
The room is meant to be for a single person - so it's important for me that it's only you who moves in. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in in einem Haus in einer schönen ruhigen Straße direkt am Bürgerpark. Du bist in 2 Minuten im Park. Mit dem Rad sind es ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Uni - nur "die Straße runter" (Parkallee). Der Bus (22) hält beinahe vor der Tür und bringt dich bei Regen in ca. 8 Minuten in den Zentralbereich der Uni. Die 8 hält an derselben Haltestelle und fährt dich in wenigen Minuten zum HBF. Noch schneller bist du mit dem Rad unterwegs. 15 Minuten sind es - bei normaler Fahrtgeschwindigkeit - maximal in die City oder ins Viertel. Sollte die 8 nicht fahren, läufst du einfach zwei Haltestellen zur 6, die fährt noch öfter.
Rewe City ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ein größerer Rewe, Aldi und Aleco (Biomarkt) liegen mit dem Rad (oder auch mit dem Auto) wenige Minuten entfernt.
Falls du ein Auto mitbringst, findest du immer einen Parkplatz hier am Ende der Straße.

The apartment is located in a pretty and quiet street just 2 minutes away from the Bürgerpark. By bike it takes you 10 minutes to the Bremen University, within max. 15 minutes you reach the city center or the Viertel (for bars, yoga and nightlife ;) ) or 10 minutes to the central station. Bus and tram are only 5 minutes away and take you to the university in round about 8 minutes time (bus no.22). Tram 8 and 6 are within walking distance too, like a small supermarket. Larger, eco and bigger supermarkets are easily and quickly to get to by bike.
If you have got a car it's easy to find a free car park close to the house.
If you need a bike I'm happy to help you out finding a rental bike.
Auch, wenn es vielleicht nur ein kurzer Zeitraum ist, freue ich mich auf eine Mitbewohnerin mit der die Stimmung gut ist und wir uns auch mal auf ein Gläschen / Tässchen irgendwas zusammensetzen.
Einen Putzplan möchte ich nicht, du solltest dich also auch wohlfühlen, wenn es sauber und aufgeräumt ist. :) Einkaufen: jeder für sich, wenn mal was fehlt, können wir uns da gerne aushelfen. :) Zusammen kochen wäre auch mal nett, ist aber kein Muss und falls du neu in der Stadt bist, nehme ich dich auch gerne mal mit ins Viertel, zum Yoga, Klettern oder oder oder.
Hauptsache, jede fühlt sich wohl. :)
Ein "Party-Apartment" kann ich dir nicht bieten.

Even if it might be for a short time only that you're staying here I am looking for someone easy to get along with. I'm happy to have a glas or cuppa together. I don't want to set up a cleaning schedule as I think that everyone who lives here should have an open eye to cleanliness and you neither shouldn't mind using the vacuum cleaner every couple of days or so nor wiping the bathroom now and then. :) Shopping-vise I prefer to buy my own stuff but happy to share herbs, oils, etc and if things might be missing for brekky or whatsoever. If you are new in town I'm happy taking you with me to the (so called) Viertel, to yoga, explore the city or whatever sounds good to you.
As long as everyone is happy: all good. :)
Please note that this is no "party-apartment".
