The room is about 14 qm big and is quite bright. Its window is directed towards the shared green areas and the room is cut in square shape. So far I have lived there since a few months and will move to another room in the same flat that will become free. The room is painted mostly white with one dark wall which gives the room a more cozy flair.
The location is very optimal to reach university/ city center in a few minutes since it is 4 min walking from the 6 line (tram stop Emmastrasse). Various supermarkets are close (Rewe and Rewe Getränke 5 min walking, Alecco, Edeka, Netto 10 min walking, Aldi 5 min by tram). Cycling is also very optimal to reach the university or the city center.
This is an international flatshare. You will share the flat with Sasha, Sylvain, and Alberto. Sasha is IT interested, she loves to cook japanese food and trying out sports. Alberto likes plants, running and chill in the Viertel. So, we are a mix of workers with different time schedules, with a relaxed lifestyle. There aren't any particular restrictions in the flat, even though there is enough calm to study/work/rest.

We would like to have a friendly relationship between flatmates, still respecting the privacy of the others. From time to time, we like to meet to share dinner/lunch and have social activities (e.g. play some board games or watch a movie or listen to good music around a glass of wine) in our small living room.
We would like to live with a flatmate who is neat in the shared areas, enjoy making activities together and open to LGBTQ.
The share areas are fully furnished and equipped (microwave, dishwasher, flatware, washing machine etc.). There is a cellar and a little storage space in the attic.
