Da ich für 3 Monate ins Ausland gehe, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer in der Zeit untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell mit Zugang zum Balkon zum Garten gelegen. Und außerdem voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Regal und Schreibtisch).
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang von Sebaldsbrück, die nächste Haltestelle (Bahnhof Sebaldsbrück) ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt mit Bahnverbindungen Richtung Viertel, Innenstadt und Hochschule und einer Busanbindung direkt zur Uni.
Die nächsten Supermärkte (Real, Aldi oder Roßmann) sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen.
Wir sind beide Studentinnen. Sarah (bleibt in der WG) ist 20 und studiert Psychologie an der Uni. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gibt es noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer. Ansonsten treffen wir uns auch gerne in der Küche.
